I'm taking the 100 Push-Up Challenge
Yep, you read that right. I am going to do the 100 Push-Up Challenge! It sounds like a simple plan, easy to follow, and will give me a good goal to work towards. Plus, I'll have ripped arms by the end of these 6 weeks! I really can't find a con to this plan at all.
I am exhausted. I just presented a website mock up to a client for a class. It was intimidating, but once I got up there and started talking, I was cruising. It just flowed so naturally and I felt confident up there. The client seemed impressed. I just have a quiz and a critique for a project to do and then it's spring break! My friend just texted me and asked if I wanted to go horseback riding over break. I'm so excited!
How's this for a non-scale victory: I put on a pair of pants I haven't worn in a few months and they fit SO much better. Last time I wore them it was like a muffin-top with a side of too-tight-on-the-thighs! But today, they fit great and were even a little loose in the waist. Chicka chicka yeah!
So far, this week has been really good food wise. Sure, I've had cravings (I've been dying for an Oreo, or 20 for a week,) but I've been really good about sticking with healthy foods and lots of water and tea. I went to the gym on Monday and I have a gym date with a friend tomorrow. She's in ROTC so hopefully she has some military recommended training moves for me! I'm really excited to start this 100 Push-Up Challenge. Maybe someday I'll be able to do a pull-up?!
